Regulating the Legal Status of Real Estate

  • Advising on the recovery of land expropriated under the so-called Bierut Decree (Warsaw);
  • Land and Mortgage Register proceedings, including the establishment of land and mortgage registers for properties;
  • Court proceedings to align the legal status of a property with its actual legal status;
  • Court proceedings concerning adverse possession and the dissolution of co-ownership of properties.

Acquisition and Disposal of Real Estate

  • Conducting legal due diligence of properties;
  • Analyzing property appraisals for compliance with applicable laws, valuation methods, and the alignment of property parameters with its legal status;
  • Drafting and reviewing preliminary and final property sale agreements, including agreements for the sale of project companies;

  • Conducting proceedings to obtain administrative decisions in the construction process (e.g., land-use changes, exclusion of land from agricultural production, zoning decisions, building permits);
