Agnieszka Marjańska
Trainee advocate
- A trainee advocate in the Dispute Resolution Department.
- As a member of the Business Disputes Team, she takes part in various procedural and non-procedural activities. She also prepares procedural documents, including legal opinions. She conducts multi-stage research into assigned cases.
- Her area of focus also includes legal issues in the Life Sciences industry. She represents companies before the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector and has experience in proceedings regarding civil and criminal liability for medical errors of doctors and medical personnel.
- She started her professional practice while still in law school, taking internships at some of the largest Polish law firms and working in the in-house legal departments of renown companies from the insurance and healthcare sectors.
- She gained professional experience mainly in the area of corporate services and judicial services for business. She has repeatedly advised on liability for infringement of contractual provisions and liability of members of corporate bodies. She managed shares sale transactions and company transformations.
- A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, where she defended her master’s thesis entitled: “Legal aspects of placing a medicinal product on the market”. During her studies, she worked as a volunteer at the Student Legal Aid Center (Law Clinic) and actively participated in the Banking Law Scientific Club. She also co-organized the National Banking Law Congresses.
- She is currently in training at the Bar Association in Warsaw.
- She spends her free time travelling and exercising.
