- She has extensive experience in litigation, successfully representing Clients in hundreds of civil and criminal proceedings, including high-profile cases covered by the media. Her expertise lies in pursuing damages and compensation claims, particularly for personal rights violations. She provides comprehensive legal assistance in matters concerning the liability of publishers and journalists and the protection of the reputation of individuals harmed by press publications. She also represents Clients in criminal proceedings, handling defamation and insult cases.
- She supports Clients in the swift and effective management of media and reputational crises. She advises on media relations, and prepares professional press releases and statements. Her practice focuses on the rapid protection of Clients’ interests through legal proceedings, including obtaining injunctions against the publication of harmful content and the removal of defamatory press materials.
- She develops comprehensive strategies for protecting the image, brand, and reputation of entrepreneurs, often collaborating with PR specialists. She also conducts training sessions on the protection of personal rights.
- She joined the Law Firm in March 2020, focusing on press law matters. Between 2021 and 2024, she served as Deputy Head and later Head of the Dispute Resolution Department (formerly the Civil Law and Dispute Resolution Department), leading a team of over a dozen professionals. Her specialized knowledge and experience in the field of personal rights protection led to her appointment in 2025 as Head of the newly established Media Law and IP Department.
- A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. In 2018, after completing her attorney apprenticeship, she passed the bar exam with a dean’s distinction. A member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in Intellectual Property Law from Jagiellonian University.
- She began gaining professional experience in 2008, working in notarial, legal counsel, and attorney law firms. A natural organizer, she also has years of experience in the event industry, managing conference projects and recurring business meetings on topics such as security and data protection.
- A former rock band vocalist, she is passionate about travel, the works of Haruki Murakami, and the films of Krzysztof Kieślowski.
