  • She owns a rich experience in litigations, having acted in the capacity of an attorney during hundreds of court sittings connected to both civil and criminal law. She specializes in executing compensations, including for violation of personal rights. She’s capable of acting as an attorney in terms of the liability of publishers, editors and journalists, as well as helping people whose rights were violated by press publications.
  • Her professional interests are mostly linked to media law, authorship law and advertisement law. She also deals with protection of one’s reputation on grounds of criminal law, dealing with cases of defamation. She advises clients on case strategy preparation on preparatory proceedings, court proceedings and execution proceedings.
  • She advises clients on ending the media and image crises. She also aids the contact with press spokesmen, prepares press communications and statements. She cares for providing mostly efficient securement of the client’s interest in court proceeding, such as obtaining a prohibition to publish harmful content or removal of press publications, also on the basis of the act on providing services by electronic means.
  • She joined the KKZ Law Firm in March 2020. She delas with the majority of personal rights cases and press law cases. Since August 2021 she’s been holding the office of the Vice Head of the Dispute Resolution Department (previous name Civil Law and Litigations Department).
  • She graduated from the Legal Studies of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University of Warsaw. She’s also a member of the Bar Association of Warsaw. She completed post-graduate studies on intellectual property rights on the Jagiellonian University.
  • She began shaping her experience in 2008 by working in civil law notary offices and various law firms. As a natural born organiser she owns many years of experience in cooperatin with event market – she coped with organising conferences and recurring meetings about safety and data protection.
  • Aleksandra used to be the lead singer in a rock band, in her spare time she plays ukulele. She loves travelling and Krzysztof Kieślowski’s movies.
