Aleksandra Szymańska

Advocate in the Criminal Law and Compliance Department.
She’s mainly focused on criminal law, especially criminalistics and forensic psychology.

She began working for the KKZ Law Firm in February 2022. She advises both individual clients and economic entities. She provides complex legal advice – during preparatory proceedings, as well as court and executive proceedings.
She’s gathered knowledge and experience by working in law firms in the cities of Warsaw and Olsztyn. She also used to manage her own legal practice.
She completed legal studies on the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn where she successfully completed the thesis on fingerprint expertise usage in criminal proceeding, overseen by proffessor Jerzy Kasprzak.

As a student she took an active part in Student’s Office for Legal Advice by the City Office where she provided free legal advice for people facing harsh financial situations. She also held the office of the Chairman of the Penitentiary Science Club ,,Custodia’’, she was the manager, member and representative on many science conferences about widely-construed criminal law.
As a grant beneficiary of the Erasmus Programme she took a six month college education in Toulouse. As a volunteer of the ,,Projektor’’ student programme she hosted criminalistics workshops for elementary schools students.
She’s a member of the Bar Association of Warsaw since 2015.
As a hobby she enjoys criminal literature and food trucks. She’s an Honourable Blood Donor.
