Bartłomiej Ceglarski

Advocate in the Criminal Law and Compliance Department.
His primary domain of expertise encompasses a comprehensive understanding of criminal law, intricately linked with criminal procedure and forensic science. His professional interests are particularly centered on the criminal law protection of corporations, advocating for victims to assert their rights, and pursuing reparations for damages incurred through criminal activities, via both criminal and civil legal channels. Additionally, he possesses a profound interest in the expansive field of cybersecurity, with a particular emphasis on combating cybercrime.

In his daily substantive work, he is responsible for providing comprehensive services to the law firm’s clients, including preparing analyses and legal opinions and drafting procedural documents. He defends and represents victims at every stage of the legal process, from reporting the potential commission of a crime, through proceedings in courts of all instances, to enforcement proceedings.
Throughout his career, he has worked at prestigious law firms and gained practical experience in the criminal departments of Warsaw district courts.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (UKSW), he distinguished himself as one of the top students for several years, earning a scholarship from the rector. He was actively engaged in student community life, participating as a member of both the Penal Sciences Club and the Criminal Procedural Law Club. Additionally, he secured first place in the university’s criminal procedure competition.

He has completed courses in forensics and has gained his first editorial experience through collaborations with Infor.pl and C.H. Beck.
