Grzegorz Zawisza

Legal trainee in the Criminal Law and Compliance Department.
His professional pursuits and current endeavors are primarily centered on criminal law, focusing on criminal fiscal matters. Additionally, he holds specialized expertise in the broader realm of tax law and administrative enforcement proceedings.

He possesses over 11 years of experience within the National Tax Administration, where he held both expert and managerial roles, including serving as Deputy Coordinator at the Warsaw Chamber of Tax Administration, focusing on asset determination and recovery, as well as supporting the Ministry of Finance unit responsible for combating economic crime. He served as an officer in the Customs and Tax Service for several years, holding the rank of enumerator at the Masovian Customs and Tax Office in Warsaw. His career also includes positions at the Second Tax Office in Radom and the Tax Office in Piaseczno. He has collaborated closely with key government agencies and ministries throughout his career. This extensive background significantly enhances his legal practice, enabling him to approach the most intricate cases with a comprehensive and informed perspective.

He is an integral member of the Tax Crime Practice at KKZ, where his responsibilities include offering substantive support to attorneys and legal advisors throughout the client service process, covering all stages of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. Acting under their authority, he participates in a wide range of procedural and non-procedural activities. His work also involves drafting complex pleadings, conducting in-depth legal analyses, and preparing expert opinions.
He holds degrees from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Łazarski University in Warsaw, the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and the Faculty of Economics at Radom University of Technology. During his academic years, he completed internships at the Ministry of Interior and Administration, as well as at the District Court in Radom, where he gained experience in the 1st Civil Division and the 6th Land and Mortgage Register Division.
Since 2023, he has been registered as a legal advisor trainee with the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
