Jakub Niemoczyński

Compliance Officer at KKZ. He ensures that the law firm operates by standards, legal provisions, and internal regulations.
He has been associated with the Kopeć Zaborowski Law Firm since the beginning of 2024. As the main compliance expert in the Criminal Law and Compliance Department, he cooperates with the firm’s clients, conducting complex projects and consultations. He creates codes of ethical conduct, internal policies and regulations, and designs and implements comprehensive compliance management systems in organizations.
His main areas of specialization are whistleblowing and anti-corruption.

He gained experience working in an international corporation and running his own business.
He has extensive practical experience in implementing internal systems for whistleblowers. He is also the creator of the SafeLink reporting platform, a tool supporting the filing and handling of whistleblower reports.
He is a qualified trainer. Over the last two years, he has conducted over 20 compliance training courses.

A Faculty of Law and Administration graduate from the University of Warsaw.
Certified Compliance Officer, Compliance Expert, and Whistleblowing Officer.
Author of many publications on Compliance. He is working on a book on the practical aspects of building reporting systems and whistleblower protection.
His interests outside his professional life focus on his three daughters and his son. Additionally, he loves fiction, theater, and broadly understood Italian culture.
