Justyna Nawrot

Senior Lawyer in the Business Law Department.
She has a variety of knowledge on civil law and economic law, especially M&A transactions. Her legal practice also includes governance of share/stock/asset selling transactions and governing the processes of selling/acquiring companies or the organized company parts.
Her professional activity in the KKZ Law Firm bases on providing current legal advice for commercial companies, mostly focusing on ‘’corporate governance’’. She oversees due diligence projects and advises commercial companies on restructuring processes such as mergers, divisions and transformations. She successfully represents our clients in courts during litigations in front of common law courts and administrative law courts.

Her legal experience in many renowned law firms allows her to own a great knowledge and experience in many fields of law. Previously she had been advising clients on inquiries such as cases connected to preparing and making opinions on legal-autorhsip contracts, including contracts on transferring asset autorship rights and license contracts.

She’s a graduate of the legal studies on the University of Silesia in Katowice and the College of Europe/ Collège d’Europe in Bruges (Natolin Campus). She completed education on the Center of French and European Law by the University of Warsaw Legal Division, cooperating with the Université de Poitiers and the Center of Intellectual Property Law of the H. Grocjusz.
She’s been a member of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice since the year 2015.
She’s the author of many publications regarding commercial companies law.
