- Her main area of professional activity is civil law, in particular protection of personal rights and press law. She advises her clients on activities in the course of court and pre-trial proceedings to ensure comprehensive image protection. She has spent much of her practice in courtrooms as a representative and as a defense attorney. She represents entrepreneurs before common courts and law enforcement authorities.
- She also specializes in family law, including divorce and alimony cases. She has extensive experience both in court proceedings and out-of-court negotiations, including parental agreements, separation of property, and division of assets.
- She represented clients in disputes resolved under the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, drawn up in The Hague on 25 October 1980. She has successfully finalized numerous cases related to alimony, contacts with minors, and prohibitions on the sale of assets. She always puts the child’s best interests first.
- She effectively represented female clients’ interests in appeal proceedings against the Social Security Authority regarding maternity benefits.
- She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
- While still in a law school, she was actively involved in the activities of the Law Clinic at the University of Warsaw, where she offered pro bono legal advice in the section providing assistance to victims of violence and discrimination. For over two years, she has been actively involved in the activities of a foundation supporting women during pregnancy.
