Karolina Kulikowska-Siewruk

Advocate, Head of Family Law Practice
The principal areas of her practice cover family law, including divorce cases (with adjudication of fault), alimony cases, and cases regarding the division of marital property. She conducted proceedings to establish the rules of contact with minor children and impose fines where those rules were breached. She represented clients in parental care-related matters with a cross-border aspect, including proceedings under the Hague Convention.
She served as a defense attorney in criminal cases arising from divorce-related conflicts, such as cases of child molestation, abuse, and assault.

Her practice also covers labor law, where she represents both employees and employers in court. As an attorney, she acted on behalf of persons holding key positions in international corporations or the directorates of state supervisory authorities.
She has been cooperating with the Kopeć Zaborowski Law Firm since 2015. She advises clients on pursuing claims, is committed to preparing a strategy of procedural activities undertaken to protect the client’s rights, and successfully implements the proposed solutions in court.
Since July 2021, she has been the Head of the Family Law Practice.
A graduate of law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in Judiciary and Administration in the Church at the Faculty of Canon Law of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University.
In 2015, she completed her legal training at the Bar Association in Warsaw and has been an active advocate since then.

Winner of the “Child-Friendly Law Firm” certificate awarded by the Committee for the Protection of Children’s Rights in Warsaw.
She completed a family mediator course.
Author of press materials, including for Rzeczpospolita, Wprost and Forbes, and host of webinars.
As she says, she could spend half her salary on books, which she reads quickly, especially those that touch on historical themes. Her hobbies are good films and Mediterranean cuisine.
