- A lawyer with experience in the trade and logistics industry and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, supported by managerial practice in managing employees from various business areas. Thanks to his comprehensive education, he is comfortable with typical legal issues and those related to financial, quality technical, and logistic issues in the pharmaceutical industry.
- He has 10 years of experience in providing legal services to enterprises, including: in the pharmaceutical, development, and recycling industries.
- He co-managed one of the 10 largest Polish companies in the pharmaceutical distribution industry, where he was responsible for the project of building a new pharmaceutical wholesaler. He also sat on the management boards of housing communities the supervisory boards of a real estate company and the employers’ association of pharmaceutical wholesalers.
- He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration and political science from the Faculty of Historical and Social Sciences at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. A graduate of postgraduate studies in medical and pharmaceutical law, studies at the National School of Public Administration and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is also a graduate of Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) studies at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
- Author of many draft laws and legal opinions related to the legislative process, as well as scientific publications. Lecturer at numerous training courses and seminars.
- Since 2016, member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
