His main area of interest is capital markets and trends in the investment market, as well as matters related to manipulation of financial instruments and insider trading. He also gained experience working for financial market entities, including insurance companies.
- He represents clients in criminal proceedings, both at the preparatory and judicial stages, and both as a defense counsel and a representative of the victim or prosecutor.
- He advises on procedural risks and dispute strategy, also supporting the collection of evidence as part of internal investigations.
- He has been cooperating with KKZ since the beginning of 2020. Previously, he worked for several renowned Warsaw law firms. His main areas of focus include complex economic crime cases involving corruption, acting against the interests of the company, fraud, financial crime, money laundering, and manipulation of financial instruments. During his practice, he became interested in capital markets, where he can use his knowledge to advise clients in this area.
- His professional activities focus on trading in financial instruments and related insider trading, price manipulation, Ponzi schemes, and cryptocurrencies.
- He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, where he decided to specialize in criminal law and defended his master’s thesis at the Department of Criminal Law, supervised by Professor Feliks Prusak. He is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
