Paulina Czajka (Gruszczyńska)

She specializes in civil, commercial, and business law. Her practice includes commercial litigation, corporate disputes, ongoing corporate services, drafting legal opinions, and preparing contracts. She has experience in conducting due diligence projects and representing clients before common courts. She advises entities in transactional and investment processes.
She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating civil and commercial contracts

A graduate of law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and of social policy from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies in Business and Legal Aspects of Restructuring and Bankruptcy at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
She’s a member of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw.

She started working with KKZ in 2019 in the Civil Law and Litigation Department. From July 2020, associated with the Business Law Department.
