Trainee advocate

  • A trainee advocate in the Dispute Resolution Department. Member of the Media Law Team.
  • Her main area of practice remains disputes, with particular emphasis on cases involving infringement of personal rights. In her previous practice, she also dealt with commercial and labor law proceedings. She also has experience in providing ongoing services to business, including answering questions about sales and advertising.
  • Her specialty is multi-aspect cases that require an unconventional approach and actions before competent authorities. She is particularly interested in the issues related to the protection of image and reputation on the Internet.
  • She has achieved numerous successes in court proceedings, including at the stage of injunctive relief, for example leading to revocation of injunctive relief or imposing a fine on the obligated entity.
  • She provides valuable support to the Dispute Resolution Department. She takes part in various procedural and non-procedural activities  and prepares procedural documents, legal opinions and interdisciplinary research.
  • She started gaining professional experience while still in law school, as an intern at renowned law firms. She continued to develop her knowledge as a legal trainee.
  • A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She was an active member of the Scientific Clubs for Constitutional Law and Private Law, where she provided substantive legal assistance and also supported various professional conferences. Her master’s thesis concerned the memory of a deceased person as a personal right in the context of national and international law.
  • She is currently in training at the Bar Association in Warsaw.
  • In her free time, she follows true crime podcasts and explores flavors from all over the world. She always observes current social and political events.
