- Head of the International Crime and Foreign Customer Service Practice/Attorney-at-law in the Criminal Law and Compliance Department.
- The primary area of expertise is criminal law. However, his main focus is commercial criminal law, including white-collar crime.
- At KKZ, he is responsible for comprehensive customer service at every stage of proceedings. He supports his team with his professional knowledge and extensive experience. He also creates procedural documents necessary for the proper conduct of complex and multi-threaded cases.
- He gained nearly twenty years of experience as an officer in law enforcement, including the Police Headquarters, the Central Police Investigation Bureau, and the Warsaw Police Department. He conducted and supervised complex investigations into financial crime and organized economic crime. He cooperated with INTERPOL, EUROPOL, the Inspector General for Financial Information, and various foreign services, and coordinated the work of investigative teams. He was the head of the Polish unit of the Asset Recovery Office responsible for international cooperation of law enforcement agencies and services in the search for assets. He has extensive experience in matters related to the manipulation of financial instruments (MAR), misuse of insider information, and conducting brokerage activities without the required authorisation. He represented clients in professional liability cases.
- He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies “Organized crime and terrorism” at the University of Warsaw. He obtained his PhD in law after defending his thesis “Criminal and criminological issues of acting against the interests of a company.”
- He is a lecturer at the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw in the field of criminal procedure, commercial law, criminology, and international cooperation of law enforcement agencies. He is also a lecturer at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. For many years, he lectured at the Postgraduate Compliance Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, dealing with business crime and inspections by law enforcement agencies. At present, he is a supporting supervisor of doctoral dissertations.
- He authored many scientific publications. He also appeared as a speaker at numerous domestic and foreign professional and scientific conferences.
- He is a British Defense Extradition Lawyers Forum member and the European Criminal Bar Association.
- In 2021, he completed his attorney-at-law training at the Attorney-at-Law Association in Warsaw.
