I. General Terms

The website https://www.kkz.com.pl (the “Website”) is operated by Kopeć Zaborowski Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni Sp. p., headquartered in Warsaw, Hoża 59a, unit 1b, 00-681 Warsaw, NIP: 701-038-22-19, REGON: 146963638, KRS No: 0000587324, entered into the register of businesses maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (“KKZ”).
  2. The user is any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Website to review the legal services offered by KKZ.
  3. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service by the user.

II. Services and Delivery

  1. KKZ provides legal services, including legal advice, drafting opinions, representing clients in court, and other activities tailored to individual client needs.
  2. The specific scope of services is determined individually in separate agreements with KKZ.
  3. Users can contact KKZ using the contact information provided on the Website.

III. Payments

  1. Fees for services are determined individually based on the offer or as per the terms of the agreement with KKZ, depending on the nature and scope of the service.
  2. For one-time consultations, fees are specified in the offer accepted by the user and must be paid before the consultation begins.
  3. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice or using payment links provided.
  4. Accepted payment methods include BLIK, credit card, electronic transfer via the imoje payment system operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A.

IV. Data Processing

  1. The terms of data processing and the use of cookies are outlined in the Privacy Policy, available at: link.
  2. The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of the Website is Kopeć Zaborowski Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni Sp. p.

V. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website or services provided should be submitted to iod@kkz.com.pl.
  2. A complaint should include:

VI. Withdrawal from the Agreement

  1. Users have the right to withdraw from the agreement under the terms specified therein and in compliance with applicable law.
  2. If the agreement is withdrawn after the commencement of service delivery, the user is obliged to cover the costs of services rendered to date.

VII. Final Provisions

  1. The Regulations shall come into effect on December 11, 2024.
  2. KKZ reserves the right to amend the Regulations in accordance with applicable legal requirements, technological advancements, or organizational changes. Users will be informed about any amendments through the publication of the updated version of the Regulations on the Website.
